Wanted to play around with coloring/style a little bit. Really inspired by animators like Brad Bird and Glen Keane lately and I wanted to make something sentimental!

I still remember the day that my dad top me how to shave with fond feelings.

...I went to school the next day with a proudly worn face of razor burn.

Lol is that little kid shaving with a spoon? I love it, this is adorable and funny. Also, the kid reminds me of Hogarth from Iron Giant, is this on purpose since you said you were inspired by Brad Bird?

Sorta! I kind of draw kids like this anyway but I was particularly inspired with hands. Iron Giant has some of the best cartoon hands in any animation I've seen.
